Our Story

United Telugu Kitchen was built to make sure our traditions find their way to every table. The food here is local, authentic and made with love. These are the dishes we've all grown up eating, the ones we never really forgot. There's a certain nostalgia to every bite.

A curated menu of local dishes, crafted with love, care and passion, made for you to indulge in like you never have before. Set against the growing, urban backdrop of Vijayawada, United Telugu Kitchen is here to bring the local taste to a modern scale.

Our Founders

United Telugu Kitchen was born from a shared belief: that the food of a people is the heartbeat of their identity. Co-founders Theji Pinnamaneni and Koushik Koganti set out in 2022 with a bold, deeply personal vision: to give Telugu cuisine the stage it truly deserves.

Our History

Founded in 2022 by Theji Pinnamaneni and Koushik Koganti, United Telugu Kitchen (UTK) began in Vijayawada with a vision to bring authentic Telugu cuisine to a modern dining experience while preserving its rich culinary heritage. Showcasing flavours from Andhra Pradesh, UTK quickly became known for its traditional recipes, diverse menu, and soulful Telugu hospitality.

What started as a single restaurant soon expanded to Hyderabad and Bengaluru, taking the warmth and authenticity of Telugu food to more communities across India. Today, UTK stands as a celebration of culture, flavour, and togetherness - serving regional favourites made with fresh ingredients, bold spices, and a passion for true Telugu cooking.
